Jamaliah took care of my new born son roan for two months from 10pm to 7am. During this time she was extremely professional, well-informed, competent & pleasant. We also received the full benefit of her experience when she diagnosed our son with reflux well before we even knew we had a problem. She then not only advised us on how to care for a baby with reflux but gave me personally a lot of emotional support through our daily struggle to feed him. I would definitely recommend Jamaliah to others and plan on engaging her services again for future children.

            We employed Nancy as our live-in nanny from 14 April to 12 May 2009. She is very experienced and handles our pair of twins with ease. In her first week with us, she helped us to settle our twins into a 4 to 5 hourly feeding routine and that really makes a huge difference to us. She is efficient and organized and throughout her 4 weeks with us, she has managed the night feeds without our help. She is a very pleasant disposition, jovial and very patient. We enjoyed her company and our family members who are visiting feel very comfortable with Nancy too. We will highly recommend her as a confinement lady / nanny or babysitter.

            Nirmal Jit was employed as a permanent nanny. She was primarily responsible for looking after our baby who was around 4.5 months old. When I went back to work, Jit also looked after our two boys aged 4.5 & 3yrs old. Jit was an excellent nanny for our baby. She was very experienced with taking care of babies and this was evident in her attention to our baby, such as playing with him, listening to music with him and taking him on outings when he got older. Jit was also aware of the routine required re bottles and naps. She is a very personable character and this showed in her relationship with me as well as our full time helper. My impression is that Jit and my helper worked well together as a team looking after our children. Jit was an excellent helper for the period we did need her help. She was dedicated, reliable and responsible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nirmal Jit.

            Nanny Juliana helped me with my first born from July 2007 to February 2008, joining us a full time day nanny when my son was only 7 weeks old. Juliana is a caring and experienced nanny. I know she had cared for many babies in the past including some difficult cases. Despite her wealth of experience in caring for babies, she was always willing to take into consideration a mother's personal preferences. She always followed my instructions and offered her opinion when asked. I had complete comfort when I was at work knowing my baby was being cared properly by Juliana. She is an affectionate nanny. From my experience with Juliana, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family who is looking for a day nanny to care for their new born babies.

            I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the wonderful care given by Suzi. She was so pleasant to have in the house and treated our lovely newborn with gentle words and loving care. She was always punctual and was respectful of our wishes and values, but also imparted a little advice when she felt we needed guidance or reassurance. There was always "calm" on the nights Suzi was in the house. We really appreciated her flexibility & would highly recommend her.

            Madam Chen is an experience confinement nanny, she knows about the Chinese medicine and what are nutritious for a mother. She fed my baby every two hours, wash cloth diapers; bath my baby and responses quickly to my baby's cries. She is careful, patient and skilled in handling my baby, I can see that she likes babies. She is also a very hardworking person, she always tidy up my kitchen neatly. She has also shared some valuable tips to handle small baby. I would be happy to re-employ Madam Chen for my next child.

            We have been using the services of one of Maranatha’s teachers, Ms Tay, for about three months. Our sons always look forward to have Ms Tay to come to teach them. She comes prepared with a full lesson plan for each session, with a variety of activities including art projects, reading practice, songs and more. She has been very good at tailoring the lessons as well to meet our requirements. We have been very happy with the service provided by Maranatha and Ms Tay.

            Kamini worked with our family from April to November 2008. During this period, she provided care for our newborn twins and three year old son. She performed all her night care duties with great care and kindness. Kamini arrived each evening like an angel and helped us to feel confident with managing all our boys. This truly took the pressure off and enabled us to get some rest. I am sure that most families with newborn twins experience stress and chaos, but whilst it was busy, I only have very happy memories of this time. Kamini also helped me with breastfeeding routines. During this time, she also worked with me to get our three year old son into a good sleep routine as he used to come into our room at least 2 times a night. Kamini is an excellent nanny and I would recommend her to any family, particularly to help with newborns and the establishment of sleep routines which will last a lifetime. It was well worth the investment.

            I am happy to write a reference for Samantha. My wife and I hired her as a confinement nanny when our son was born in January 2008. Samantha was extremely professional as a nanny. She was reliable and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable with letting our newborn sleep with Samantha at night. Having Samantha was a great relief as she was able to advice us on some things as new parents like us need to know. Besides being a great nanny to our son, Samantha was an excellent cook. We still miss her delicious yet healthy dishes. Although Samantha stayed with us for just about a month, she became like a family. My wife and I were fortunate to have Samantha as a confinement nanny. We would be very happy to hire her again in the future.

            Kuldip Kaur has worked for me in April 2007 as a housekeeper and babysitter. Kuldip has performed all housekeeping duties. She is a very hard working, reliable, honest and a very nice lady too. As a babysitter, she has looked after my two children age 2 and newborn while I have been busy or out of the house. She has changed my newborn’s diapers and clothes, burped him, soothed him to sleep and has also entertained my toddler. Needless to say, I trust her 100% in order to leave my children with her.             Tan Susan faithfully completed her service looking after my youngest daughter for two years. She is a patient caregiver and shows much fondness in children. She is dedicated in meeting the needs of my child. During these two years, Susan was punctual for work and her frequent attendance showed her responsibility in fulfilling her job requirements. Susan was able to establish a good relationship with my child as well as my other family members. Being her hygienic self, she helped out to clean and wash my child’s toys so as to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for my child to play in. On occasions when my child was not well, Susan followed instructions well to ensure that my child received proper medication. Susan portrays a responsible, patient and fun loving personality as a dedicated caregiver.
